While we certainly hope your shopping experience with us has been positive, we do understand there are times when items need to be returned for credit. Our return policy is as follows: Before returning the item, please contact Marie via e-mail (mariewatson@earthlink.net) or via phone at (800) 514-3201 for authorization. Returns will result in a credit to your credit card for 85% of the purchase price of the item being returned. Shipping is at your expense and none of the original shipping fee is reimbursable. Item must be returned in the original packaging in new condition. All sales of items ordered with personalization (digital transfers or embroidery) are final. We cannot accept a return on them. If an item is damaged in shipment, please contact the carrier (usually US Postal Service as we normally ship via Priority Mail) and ask them to file a claim. We ship all items insured. |
